MyInsights is a research app that allows you to truly discover daily life. How do people use a (new) product? How and where do they come into contact with your brand. What do they really do, instead of what they say they do? Participants can capture their inner thoughts, habits, fears and feelings by uploading text messages, photos, videos and audio fragments. They can also vote in a poll topic.
The app is connected to a closed web environment, where researchers can create topics, invite participants and observers and where they can view and download the results.
To take part in a research as a participant, you simply sign in with your email address and received password. You can, for example, receive a password through a market research company or recruitment agency.
This app also works without an Internet connection (after downloading the project). This means that participants can, where and whenever they like, take part in a research.
