2. Company history
Specialist of customer relationship management, NAOS Marketing was created in 2007 first to answer the demand of French IT companies (HP France, Bouygues Telecom) and contact centers (Equipage, Aveli) searching for quality in outsourcing. Nowadays, NAOS Marketing is present and developing in Middle East markets (Egypt, Algeria, Lebanon, Palestine, Sudan).

The reason of the creation of NAOS Marketing was to provide the French market with outsourced outbound calls with the European quality at off shoring prices. NAOS Marketing cannot be the oldest, the biggest… contact center in Egypt. Hence, we have decided to be the best quality contact center.
