It's impressive how sometimes the simplest ideas can help us be much more efficient. However, ideas die soon if they aren't developed into tools. When that happens there's a leap in our productivity. ONDiGO is one of those ideas that became tool with a clear claim: provide a smarter way to interact with contacts.
ONDiGO access your phonebook just to list all your contacts and enables users to add notes to them. Swipe right to create a note that will pop up when that contact calls you. In addition, when the call is ended, the note will be saved in a history in order to allow you to keep track of what you talked about with each contact. A great feature not just for business contacts but for personal contacts and friends too.
Notes is the easiest way to say it but you can actually assign to any contacts: Google Calendar meetings, tasks, attach media, and set a "tag" for that contact. Likewise, notes can be typed or input via speech-to-text. Both notes and contacts will be automatically save on the cloud.
You can also apply filters to your contacts list: show customers/business/personal/in-progress contacts only (these tags can be edited) as well as display "recent" or contacts from your e-mail or messaging apps accounts. However, organizing your list first is recommended. Finally, ONDiGO "Daily Report" is an interaction tracker in real-time that gives you some insights about how you interact with your contacts.
ONDiGO is set in an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Although is quite easy getting the hang of it, it should include some sort of tutorial. A Holo-style layout would improve usability too. Besides, the app is well-crafted and useful, with a powerful idea backing it. Recommended.
