Proof of Service
by: Intelligent Loop • 4
The Proof of Service application supports two business problems:
1. Proof of Delivery if your business delivers items
2. Proof of Performance for businesses in the outdoor ad space
1. Proof of Delivery
Does your business deliver goods and services at times that your customers may not be there? Do you need to document and show proof that the delivery has been made?
The Proof Of Service application allows collection of photos, timestamps, automated determination of the location of delivery and signatures to provide digital proof / documentation of your deliveries.
2. Proof or Performance
For the outdoor advertising industry. Use the Proof of Service application to show that customer ads are running. Capture photos, location information via GPS, and timestamps to show when the ads are running. Scan barcodes of vehicle displays (taxis, buses, trains) for mobile display ads or acquire GPS coordinates for stationary display ads (billboards, bus stops, train stations).
1. What can this application do for my business?
a. Manage and track deliveries (Proof of delivery)
b. Manage and track outdoor advertising campaigns
c. Collect images, barcodes, GPS coordinates, signatures using only your smartphone
d. Generate professional looking reports online
2. How do I configure my device?
a. Open the application
b. Select ‘Settings’
c. The email and password must match the email and password you used for the web-based count
d. Server URL must be set to: aridhio.com
3. What is a Project?
a. A project is the term used for a scheduled service: either a delivery or an outdoor ad placement
b. The project includes the record of the service that was performed, any barcodes scans, signatures, and any photos
with embedded timestamps, GPS coordinates and notes embedded in the photo
d. Projects can be scheduled from the website (www.aridhio.com) then downloaded to the smartphone
e. When the delivery has occurred or the ad has been placed, the project can be recorded and upload
f. Once the project is uploaded, a report can be generated
Support on tablet devices: traditional 1D barcodes will not scan well on most tablet devices.
To use the barcode scanning capabilities with application on tablet devices, 2D or QR Codes
must be used. QR Codes can be purchased with sequentially incrementing values from
a number of different websites (search for sequential QR codes).

I have been useing this on tablets and phones for months and it is great. But I just upgraded to a 7" Galaxy Tab 2 with Jelly Bean and it says the program is incompatible! I have it on a Galaxy S3 running Jelly Bean just fine and I had it on a 7" Tab 1 with gingerbread running fine. Must be the combo of the two? Please fix ASAP! 5 star all the way if I could use it on my new tablets!
