    This app is GARBAGE. It has a ridiculous amount of bugs. Just today I had to reinstall it twice! Keeps giving an error and says to try again later right in the middle of logging in to check or update jobs. Sometimes won't detect internet connections. Sometimes logs me out as soon as I minimize the app. Sometimes doesn't log information I update. Sometimes it tells me it's in offline mode and then works normally. Sometimes loses saved logon info. Frequently goes to blank white screen, usually when going back to the daily list from an open job. I swear I spend more time fighting with this app than i do fixing the damn cell phones. Using Galaxy S7 on TMobile with latest updates.

    I I entered my company name, user ID and password correctly and the app thought I was off-line... clearly I'm not because I'm able to leave this review. Improvements are needed.

    Can't even access I log in and goes to a white screen have to try multiple time to get it to work then it logs out and forgets my log In Info

    I would advise all service companies to steer clear and resist adopting Service Bench until some major changes are made. Mobile app offline mode does not work. Mobile app has no view of pictures taken. There is NO INVENTORY. Parts are a pain to enter and disposition. This software is half baked. I would not even dream of paying to use SB unless it includes some major improvements. It should have an integrated parts lookup and inquiry with inventory control. Until then just use something else. As a field service technician this software makes my job harder and more frustrating I am loosing about a call per day with more over time. I have submitted feature requests and bug reports but have not received any meaningful response. I get the feeling that this is a one size fits all solution, and as such they really don't care what would make a field service techs life easier.

    Why do I have to have a dollar figure to create an invoice to send customer, why doesn't the signature link to invoice? If the app can scan in a part number, how come it can't give description? Even grocery apps give pic and price, why so difficult to link to entitlement? Wish I had a choice of apps to use.
