    I would like to see a decent calendar on the cloud version. On the mobile app there is no calendar. I feel this is a crucial part of any support technician to be able to have a look at their day/week/month from their phone.

    Newest release 4.5.2 fixed the two factor authentication issue which I've now edited my review. Old version - Doesn't seem to allow you to log in if you have two step authentication turned on in ServiceDesk/Zoho.

    Notification are not showing at all in all my Mobile's please the only way to check my new tickets is opening the app I don't know why the notification are not working please help am using this every day because as am a IT Helpdesk

    I would like a button to enable a desktop view. Some features from the desktop version are lost in the app.
