    Emergency Calls
CounterPath's Bria mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular Dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time. As a result, the official position of CounterPath is that CounterPath’s Bria product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying or supporting Emergency Calls. CounterPath will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly or indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls. "Start at boot " enabled but fails even if battery saving is disabled in Huawei and Xiaomi mobiles.

Works perfectly as a SIP phone, but my battery is drained rapidly even after following common suggestions. I increased the registration and keep alive intervals to reduce network traffic and use TCP rather than UDP to connect to providers. Nonetheless, my battery is consumed by midday! Too bad, because the features are excellent.

I paid the $2.99 for SMS/IM but it's not supported. Would appreciate a refund but I'm not sure how to do that without downloading the app itself. For work purposes I need this app on my phone. Extremely disappointing it does not support SMS/IM

It is bad enough that this service is super flaky and I miss half my calls or get cut off despite excellent wifi or lte. But to add insult to injury, it also takes over my screen whenever I place a call with my native Android app AND when I try to take video it comes up whenever I press record, preventing me from recording unless I shut down the app completely. If I didn't have it mandated for work I would uninstall immediately.

Battery hasn't been an issue on Pixel XL but it interferes with normal phone use... Keeps popping up to foreground when a mobile call is made/received.
