    "A daily dose of art"

    THE VERDICT

DailyArt is a great app for those of you who want to keep learning about art and be able to enjoy the best artwork that mankind has made. Other than getting to know the great classics, you'll find out about less famous painters and get a dose of trivia too.

    THE PROS

This is an easy-to-use app that gives you a work of art with some great info every day. Users can view the image in remarkable quality and zoom in or out, to check out all the details. In each daily dose, you'll be given the title of the work, the author and the year it was made, as well as its history, a brief summary and all the technical information. You can also search for specific works of art, and share them on your favorite social networks.

    THE CONS

The app is only available in English. It would be nice to see this in other languages too, so that it could gain a wider audience.

I really love the idea behind the app, the design, the quality of the photographs. The one thing that continues to bug me is the fact that you don't list the city next to the the name of the museum below. I am from Europe so I am admittedly not familiar with the names of many US American and Australian galleries. I usually end up having to Google them.

I like the minimal design of the app. The idea is novel and you get to know a lot about art on a daily basis. I congratulate the team for coming up with such an idea and passionately following it every day. It would be great if the archives can be sorted in different ways like on the basis of artists, art movements, timelines etc. And the ones that you have viewed to be shown in a different color or if we could favourite an entry so that we could view it later.
