Whether you’re a Lancaster student or staff member, an applicant or thinking about coming to the University, a local resident or a visitor to the region, iLancaster puts an exciting set of resources and information at your fingertips – just when you want them, from wherever you are.

And you can access iLancaster on iOS, Android, PC, or Mac device - your app, your choice!

    For students:

There’s lots happening for you as a student at Lancaster, and we’re here to help you make the most of it. From keeping you in the know about your timetable and exam seats, to sending you alerts about the latest Roses score or when to catch your bus – we’ve got it covered! Staff member? Great, you've got access to all of these features too!

    For applicants:

We know that choosing a University is tough – so we’ve worked with our students to bring you the ‘Future Student’ version of the app. Read student blogs, take a 360° accommodation tour, or take part in one of our live chats – everything you want to know is right here.

    For prospective students:

Thinking about coming to Lancaster? In our ‘#LoveLancaster’ version of the app you’ll get lots of information about the University and campus, our Colleges and accommodation. We’ll even help you plan and schedule an Open Day visit in the app, so you know exactly what to see and do.

    For local residents:

We’re not just here for the University - we’re also here for you, the local residents. There’s information about local events, what day your bins are collected, your council tax and more. And our maps are a really useful way for you to find local dentists, doctors or council services.

    For visitors:

Coming to visit the University or the City, Coast & Countryside? No problem, iLancaster has the information you need - where to park your car, which bus to catch, which shops to visit and what events to see! We’ve also got really useful maps of the University campus and the city and surrounding region.

    Quick tip:

When launching iLancaster for the first time, it’s best to be connected to Wi-Fi as this downloads the maps and other information (and avoids guzzling your data when you use the app)!

Sometimes slow and buggy. Please open-source it so that other people can help to fix the code!

Great app, super useful. Just wish it wouldn't get messed up after updates like it currently is.
