    VQMobile by SkillWise
    VQMobile is an app that enables qualified VQManager eportfolio assessors to assess offline. It allows for quick and easy evidence logging using the tools on the Android to:
    •take photos
    •record video
    •record audio
    of the learner in their work environment (where appropriate).

    Additionally Assessors can:
    •View learner progress
    •View and edit existing assessment plans, or create new plans
    •View existing activity logs or create new logs

    Imagine the following scenario. You are visiting a learner and the learner is in a location where 3G connectivity is poor and a wireless connection isn’t available. With VQMobile you can download the learner’s current data (including progress, assessment plans and activity log items) to your mobile prior to your visit. You can assess the learner and in an offline mode:
    •Log new evidence against the learner’s specific qualification(s) and unit assignments
    •Attach photos, audio recordings or video recordings captured by the mobile as proof within the evidence itself
    •View GAPs. i.e. criteria that have not yet been met to a minimum requirement
    •View existing assessment plans (both current and signed off)
    •Create new assessment plans
    •View previously created activity log items
    •Create new activity log items

    Once you are back in a place with a connection to the internet you can simply synchronise back to VQManager and uploading all your work is taken care of automatically. There is no need any longer to take notes or upload file attachments when you are back in the office. Benefits include improvements in efficiency for assessors and reduction in the time spent after a visit updating paperwork!

    You must be a registered VQManager qualified assessor in order to use VQMobile.
