    I've used the ASB app for over a year. A recent update has rendered it unusable. I enter my login credentials and the "Continue" tab is inactive. I cannot login. Great work. Take a functional usable app and break it with an update. Worthless.

    I cannot get to a login screen. This app is useless. Now I am going to have a couple of late bills, because it does not work. The link to the full site does not work and there is no way to contact a tech person. When I get back in the country I plan to complain to my contact at the bank.

    Locked me out of both my accounts using the proper login/password! Also very disappointed that mobile deposit isn't available for business.

    So far I haven't been able to sign in almost at all for two months (Android). According to customer service, if I get security questions, there should be four of them, I only get three on my screen, so I can never get pass them. Customer service for mobile use has no idea. Mobile depositing is not available for business accounts,only for personal.

    Electronic deposit. Reads front of check OK. Fails to find endorsement on back of check 50% of time. Occasionally a re submission of the check passes. Additional problem - when photo fails, the entire deposit must be cancelled in order to try again, rather than allowing a re scan of the check. Here are some of the restrictions on this app as it related to Mobile check deposit:- 5 checks per day, 15 checks within 20 days, $2000.00 per check, $3000.00 per daily deposit, $5000.00 within 20 days.
