    This First Niagara App Is No Longer Useful And Has Been Updated To Keys Bank.

    The app doesn't work but you can sign right into KeyBank with your First Niagara info. Obviously First Niagara is no more so why would they attempt to manage the app. I'm sure you got notice of this via mail. ?

    The merge with key bank made it so that you have to use the key banking mobile app and set up a new user id and password

    It's true! I saw one of the reviewers saying this isn't used any more, then installed the Key app; there's a first Niagara button on the front page
