    I too cannot accept etransfers. I Have Uninstalled but still get the prompt to download the latest version. The app is user friendly and I love the graphics!

    App works some days but more often doesnt. Mainly use to deposit checks but no more. Will be deleting until someone in RBC IT gets their act together

    The new design is gorgeous and sophisticated. I love the home screen that shows you all your current balances at a glance. Updates instantly. Paying bills and transferring money is about as easy as it gets. I can't think of anything it needs.

    App is great! One small issue that is resolved if you call the VERY helpful customer service. When you receive an e-transfer through interac and click on the link the app is not discovered by gmail mobile app and the link opens in gmail browser prompting you to install the app again! If you call helpline they will guide you how to setup you gmail app so as to be able to receive your e'transfer. Indeed excellent help from customer service.

    This app keeps telling me I have wrong password. I've never changed it so what's going on ?

    UPDATE: Cheque cashing was fixed for 6-8 monthes since my earlier review, but now it is back again. Tip, fill out the manual deposit fields before taking the cheque pictures, it works more reliably that way for me at least. Also as others have mentioned, it sometimes asks you to install the app when depositing an etransfer, even though you already have the app. Tip, sign into the app first, then try the etransfer again, it works more reliably that way for me too. RBC, please do more testing before releases; functionality is more important than aesthetics in a financial app. OLDER: With the update, crashes, won't deposit a cheque, can't connect to the bank often, and is less functional. Old app was better. New one looks prettier, but so what; this is for banking, not social browsing. Clearly the programmers do not bank with the RBC app, or they would have known about these problems on the first test day. Just put the old app back, it had no problems at all. Did you really have customers complaining that the old app was too good? Cause that is how you responded with this update.
