    Love it doing it to tone my ass more an to get a bigger but seeing the difference but after working out its painful body sore hard to walk if u actually continue to do the work out you will see a difference an won't be as tired as when u first started this app

    I really like the app. The only thing is today I somehow stopped the workout while trying to start the plank again after having it paused for a moment (I can't plank for over 1 minute in one go cuz I have really boney elbows and like no strength in my arms (would also be nice if the app had more workouts targeting arm strength))
