You can change your avatar body through 3 types of Avatar & Training exercises: running, sit-ups and push-ups.
For normal body types, increase muscles and win a trophy. If exercise is insufficient, your trophy is forfeited.
Overweight or underweight body types advance or drop by stages through exercise. Avatar status can be checked to confirm your current status. Use your Smartphone for your daily workout!

* How to level up My Avatar
Avatar body changes are updated every 2 weeks, and exercise must be performed 3~4 times per week. If exercise is insufficient and Level Up is not achieved, you have to exercise for 2 more weeks.
