Exercise is important, but not everyone has the time and money to spend on the gym. Luckily, if you want to exercise certain parts of your body, there are loads of apps at your disposal. This one in particular gives users the possibility of exercising their abs, with a large collection of diagrams to make sure you're doing it correctly.
The app´s design is nothing special. Nevertheless, it includes a load of videos which will show you exactly how to carry out each exercise, with all the repetitions necessary and sound prompts to indicate when to change. It will serve you well at first when you need to learn the exercises for the first time, following that we're pretty sure you can manage on your own.
Sadly, this app doesn't come with a great design. The aesthetic and structure of the app are both pretty primitive, so don't expect anything special. On top of that, the app contains a lot of ads that could become annoying over time. If you want to get rid of the apps, you'll need to pay for the full version of the app.
