    THE VERDICT

    While most New Year Resolutions have to do with losing weight and staying fit, nowadays, with all the work and responsibilities we have, it’s honestly quite difficult to find time to work out. Daily Workouts FREE aims to help you fit in a quick 5 to 10 minute workout right from your iOS and Android. You can choose from over 95 different workouts, or try randomized full body exercises if you’re looking to change things up.

    THE PROS

    If you’re a workout newbie, Daily Workouts does a very good job of showing you videos and on-screen instructions. You can also extend your workout if you have more free time on your hands.

    THE CONS

    There are a few minor qualms here and there, like having to manually press play sometimes to watch the videos, which might take away from a good workout, especially if you’re in the zone.

    Like it but seriously why can't I just simply work out to all this app has to offer without buying the full version! That sucks for people living with a tight tight budget!
