    This great for any fitness level, just keep your ego in check and listen to your body. You will sweat and loose weight. Remember to keep your intensity (pace and weight choice) such that you can finish the entire workout. Change the exercise order or increase weight or reps every 2-4 weeks to keep your body stimulated. I added a pushup tabata. Use any video for the tabata timer and do different
