A simple stopwatch for high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Interval training is a quick and easy way of losing fat. A HIIT session consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery. Examples of easy exercises you can do at home without equipment are squats, pushups, lunges and burpees.
- Easily define the workout programme using sliders for countdown, workout and rest intervals and number of repetations
