You can log especially your exercise-based sports performance such as weight training as well as distance-based activities and body data all within one app. For every type of sport you can create an individual log matrix or modify existing integrated note-book templates for weight lifting, body data, gym sessions etc. Many features like workout planner, built-in exercises, goal tracking support, quick selection via favorites, log auto-fill support, calorie calculator, record notification etc. support you in an intuitive way when logging.

    Only one parameter active per movement. Eg bench goal can be 150kg but not 150kg x 5 reps. Could you please fix this ? Thanks

    Why is there no way to do the exercises in a different order to how I entered them in a routine? The workout process is completely linear and anyvhange to the exercise ,results in having to start the workout data entry from scratch. (With First exercise of workout)I should be able to select a workout and then do the exercises in any order. Rather be bound to how the app wants me to enter the set d

    I've gone through quite a number of workout apps. I use the Ready, Set, Go / Sprint 8 program and I was able to configure this app to suit. Like all the apps I had to add a lot of exercises not present in the default set.

    The charts should plot per exercise to show progress over time. Ie the weight increase versus time. Currently the plot is kind of useless. Once I figured out to enter a separate exercise for each set then tracking seems to advance properly with each entry. It would also be nice to have an option to have the exercise routine to update to a new high weight once achieved.
