You can download the meditations in advance if you're anticipating being away from WiFi coverage. "Mindfulness buzzers" come in the form of occasional push notifications that alert you to check in with number one.
Headspace enjoys an exclusive contract with the Royal Parks Foundation, which includes a unique walking meditation podcast.
Trying out basic functionality of the app is free for ten days, then it costs €11.95 on a month-by-month basis. Alternatively, you can throw down €395.95 just once for access forever. Money may not be able to buy happiness, but perhaps an empty wallet can be equated to an empty mind.
Headspace is a slick relaxation app that's pretty interesting to use for ten days - you'll have to decide for yourself if inner peace is worth the hefty price tag.

What our meditation app does:
The Headspace app teaches you how to meditate and live mindfully. You can use it at work, at home or anywhere else. There are exercises on everything from managing anxiety and stress to breathing, sleep, happiness, calm and focus. And don’t worry if you’ve never meditated before. Andy Puddicombe, co-founder of Headspace and a former monk, will guide you through every step as your personal meditation coach. There’s also a free Basics pack that will teach you the essentials of meditation and mindfulness.
