    I lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I didn't finish the rest of the diet because I had a surprise vocation the next week but I gotta to say, I did not regained all the weigh back, even thought I ate like a pig over the vocation time. About 3 weeks later I only gained 2 pounds back.

    Uses basic and common dieting principles. There is nothing Japanese about it. Easy to adopt for vegetarians, just change the fish and other meat to tofu. Unfortunately not precise regarding amount or size. Bad English. Anyway a good plan for people with no plan how to diet :-D
