Just 6 Weeks from Just Do Inc. is a training assistant for those who want to improve their physical shape but don't have the knowledge or strength of will to do so. Just 6 Weeks provides you with a 6-week plan of exercises that you can do at home (pushups, situps, dips, squats, and pullups) that work on all the main muscle groups. The idea is simple: on the first day, type in the amount of reps you can do on each exercise and the app will automatically generate a plan that will gradually help you increase that number over time.
The app is very easy to use thanks to its well-thought-out design. Not only does it automatically set out a learning curve that's right for you, but it also suggests the number of reps you should do on each exercise, and the time you should take doing them. In addition, it lets you choose the days you want to train and sends you notifications so you don't skip them. Last but not least, Just 6 Weeks saves stats on your progression and lets you consult them or export them any time you want.
There aren't that many exercises, and it would be good if more languages were available.
