    "No more excuses to get fit"

    You really want to get fit. The problem is just... your power of will. Yes, that's the classic situation. It's time to change it. If the problem is our power of will, what if an app makes all the work for you: choosing the exercises, the rounds and setting the work and rest timing? That's what MCT does.

    What do you need? Just 16 min/day, 3 days/week, 12 weeks. After that you have to see your body shaping. The exercises that made up your workout are basically squats, push-ups, lunges, plank bridge, bird dog, superman... and some other validated exercises. Don't worry if you don't know how to make them, in each exercise there are text instructions and and picture that shows how to fulfill it.

    The most interesting feature is a countdown that sets the pace of your workout as well as the rest period. You don't even need to think about it, just press "start", try to make the exercises at the right pace and press on "stop" when you're done. You can submit your scores and sync it on the cloud (in the official MCT website). Do it strictly and tell how it went. See you on the fit side, 12 weeks from now.

    I love the workouts and used the program before, but the app keeps randomly crashing mid-workout! First the voice cues (which are newer and great!) stop, then the whole thing crashes. I sent feedback through the app but haven't received a response. Is there a fix for.this coming soon???

    This app is great. Google however are Aholes for not even showing this app in Playstore results for home workout despite the 5 star rating. Google would rather feed you only ad driven or in-app purchase apps. Not cool Google. Not cool.

    Used it before loved it then more now best workouts and it's free thank you I add this to my regular workouts
