    For the push-up novice, having someone spot the amount of push-ups or just about any common body weight workout you do can either be tricky to do or in my case, sometimes embarrassing. Push-Ups Workout is your personal push-ups, sit-ups, spotter as well as calorie burner counter, tracking your progress using your device’s proximity sensor. You can also enter your training data manually. You don’t need to be an expert to use this app, as it comes with six adjustable levels, each with their own training plan to keep you fit, strong, and motivated.


    Push Ups Workout features a quite functional interface to make working out the hardest thing you’ll do. It also weighs in at only 6.5 MB.


    The proximity sensor isn’t functional, sometimes registering exercises you didn’t do, and with no other way to track your workout, this means you’ll be spending more time entering your data.

    Very useful exercise app, however I would like to see a monthly rep count in addition to the weekly and daily rep counts in all your widgets.
