    You can record your weight in this free app at anytime and anywhere. Record the weight to encourage you to lose weight!

    Record the current weight and display on the screen with the data before.
    Show the BMI and other related information
    Check history in different times, such as 2 weeks and 6 months.

    Main Keys
    Tracking part is for entering into the current weight, click buttons to show the number or just enter into number. Press the button under it to display the weight on the screen.
    Statistics has the BMI calculator, you can use it to calculate your BMI value. There is a BMI table shown in this section, too. Compare yours to BMI table. You don¡¯t need to be too thin.
    Check the charts in History, different time period can be selected.

    Basic settings
    Enter into your target weight here, and input your height under it. You also can choose the unit for weight and height.

    Tracking settings
    Several options that can be shown on the screen listed here, checked the ones you want to see, including body fat, waist, fast input and comment.

    Reminder settings
    Do you want this app to remind you to input the weight at a specific time? Set the reminder here, and you can set the time and frequency, too.
