    When and app is by Runtastic, it's pretty much guaranteed to be good. This app isn't an exception. It's an incredibly easy to use and follow plan to help you tone up. Start a new workout session, and the app will provide you with a full plan to follow (with audio prompts if needed). After each rep, tap the screen so it's recorded, and get the full stat breakdown later.

    In the stats section, you'll find out how many squats you have left to do, the number, duration, and calories burned. This info can be easily shared via social media, so you can brag about your workout to your pals.
