Tabata Workout Trainer is a simple timer with which you can practice exercises based on popular training methods. What does it consist of? Tabata proposes an excellent training program made up of 4 minutes, in which you complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of intense activity, plus 10 seconds of rest. Promising, right?
The design is visual and attractive, and the app screams professionalism due to its simplicity.
The main problem of the app is that perhaps it's too simple. You can't customize the settings in any way, and you must settle with those that already come pre-established. It wouldn't be a bad idea to be able to change some details of the app. We'd also like it if it came with exercise suggestions and demonstration through images.
