All you need is a pair of hips and a desire to dance. This workout is great for beginners as well as those with belly dance experience. Included is a warm-up, a 25 minute workout focusing on the muscles of the core, and a cool-down. All moves are introduced in a separate “10 Move Instructional Section.”
