    Description

    The application provides a set of yoga exercises targeting the people that do their job on a chair.
    The postures are focused on flexibility of the spinal column, which is mostly immobilized when you sit almost a whole day. Also there is positive effect for knees.
    Exercises are taken from Hatha yoga - a system of yoga described by Yogi Swatmarama, a Hindu sage of 15th century India, and compiler of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
