Develop Your Coffee Palate with Coffee Journal
Coffee is as complex as wine, coffee beans have up to 800 flavor characteristics that our senses can detect. Red wine by comparison has only 400. Knowing how to taste coffee enables you to identify the characteristics of a brew and enjoy the taste of coffee to a new level.

Use Coffee Journal to sample and record different brew variables and brew methods to compare the taste characteristics. To start out very simply and develop your palette, all you have to do is buy a number of smaller packs of coffee, each a different origin, so you can taste them side by side.

It would be great if the app can be added photos so that we can recall the beans

App is great, but the taste profile radar/spider chart displays incorrectly on my device, it's cropped on all sides.. too bad since it was the principal reason for buying it.

This is a nice app. If I could sync or export the information to Evernote it would be awesome. There should also be an entry for grind in the extraction section - perhaps a number entry with 1 representing super fine powder through 10 a super course grind.

Nice layout and a great idea but still needs a tweak on the functionally front. Problems with saving input and the online syncing have been fixed (thanks) so now a four and a half star app, comfortably five once it becomes possible to type punctuation into the "cost" line to give a decimal point.
