ecobee Business customers can now monitor and control an unlimited number of ecobee EMS and EMS Si thermostats in multiple locations, from anywhere using their Android devices. Customers can create a custom “Watch List” of thermostats to quickly keep tabs on priority spaces, and locations with repeat issues. The “Alerts” list summarizes all current issues and maintenance actions, allowing customers to address problems immediately. Additionally, the App provides customers with the ability to make simple adjustments to ensure their facilities are comfortable when occupied, and saving energy and money when they’re not.

The mobile app is useless in controlling the two thermostats in the building. I need to be able to make adjustments from wherever I am in the world. In order to make adjustments I need to access a computer and go through cumbersome steps to make changes. I don't always have access to a computer. I have spent a lot of time trying to use the mobile app and the computer access. The mobile app isn't useful and the computer access is too cumbersome to teach other people. It would be a waste of time for them. The app needs to take seconds to make adjustments to the building thermostats. Too bad the 'home ecobee app' isn't available for business. I'm considering uninstalling the two thermostats and installing NEST products which is what I use at home.

I have multiple ecobee 3 at home and two EMS at the office. The two aps are night and day. I don't understand it. no schedules and it takes mutiple screens which take forver to navigate thru just to change the temperature. I kept my Nests and I'm reinstalling. Im glad my electric company supplied these for free because they are nothinh short of junk.

Needs more features! I can't even turn my fan on if I want to circulate the air.
