"A way to protect your children"

Kids want their own smartphone as soon as they realize it's a possibility. The internet, however, is packed with dangers, and the little ones need to be protected from them. Norton Family is a solution from Symantec that's been especially designed to support kids with their first venture onto the internet. The tool sends out alerts and controls every movement that kids might make online. This app is official, useful and secure.

There are many benefits to this Norton app. It lets you take comprehensive control over the activity your children carry out via the internet, and that applies to any device. Parents can receive alerts to keep them up to speed with the child's activities, filter webpages, and block inappropriate sites. If you're also worried about the time spent staring at a screen, with Norton you can limit the amount of time spent on the devices.

Unfortunately, the Norton Family app is only available free for 30 days, after which you'll have to fork out for the paid version which comes as an official license or an annual fee.

Bought this app for a year...won't be renewing. GPS unusable after Android upgrade, half the time I get a message that says it's unable to retrieve data at this time, shows that a picture message is sent but won't let you see what was sent. Typical Norton junk...I should have known better. No...GPS still doesn't work. I've given up on this product and have purchased a new one to replace this with...this was a waste of money!

Well, it worked fine on the insignia tablet I bought for my son at Christmas, which got broken, but now he has a Amazon Kindle fire, he got some school and wondering if it will work on a Kindle fire, I've read some reviews that it does not. And I cannot find anything that works good for Amazon Silk. Does anybody know if norton family will work on a Kindle fire because I don't want to purchase it if it does not. Thanks.

Pretty worthless when a fourth grader can defeat the time restrictions
