If you look into the depths of your experience here and now, what do you find? Adyashanti invites us to explore the original purpose of meditation: as a gateway to the objectless freedom of being, of awareness itself, beyond the notion of "myself." The Self-Inquiry app is a contemplative journey into what Adyashanti calls "the way of subtraction”—a practical way to ask a spiritually powerful question and open to the real answer.
The Self-Inquiry app features:
- A complete guided session of meditative inquiry with Adyashanti (29 minutes of audio)
- A relaxing slide show
- An interactive vine garden to enjoy while listening (for tablets only)
- Bookmarking to help you easily find your favorite content
- A Good Minute—video selections that offer concentrated wisdom to inspire you anytime
