Like many others, I moved to this app when GWR ruined theirs and now Cross Country have ruined theirs. I'll have to find another one.

App has went from one of the most usable travel apps to one of the worst. Many, many problems and omissions but biggest annoyance is the time it takes to reload an active ticket. Used to be instant now it's nearly 1 minute. Why keep expired tickets above active in the recent list? Why keep showing favourite journeys that aren't mine? They never update or change! And please properly integrate delay repay functionality. You have our info and ticket details yet we still have to complete a separate website form.

Forced to upgrade from an app that worked perfectly. Now useless as I am unable to enter the time I want to arrive by when searching for a train: either I can't enter a time or it's ignored and returns to the time it is now. Hopeless.

The old app was great but this one sucks. It doesnt save my rail card etc and also doesnt save my payment information so what was once a quick way to buy tickets.. I now have to get my card out every time I want to get a ticket. Not happy.
