    No matter where you are, your vehicle is never far away with the Uconnect Access App. Take advantage of the following services designed to make your life easier… right from the palm of your hand!

    With this app, owners of vehicles with Uconnect Access are able to:
    - Lock or unlock your car from virtually anywhere
    - Start your car & cancel start remotely
    - Flash the lights & sound the horn to help find your car
    - Locate your car on a map using Vehicle Finder*
    - Send a destination to your car’s navigation system using Send ‘n Go*

    You can log in to the app using the same user name and password that you used when registering your Uconnect System.

    What can we help you with? Contact us directly from the app. Simply select Help in the main menu and then select Send Feedback. You can also push the ASSIST button on your rearview mirror to speak with a representative.

    Compatible with the following vehicles:
    - 2015 – 2017 Chrysler 200
    - 2015 – 2016 Chrysler 300
    - 2015 – 2016 Dodge Challenger and Charger
    - 2015 – 2017 Jeep Renegade
    - 2014 – 2017 Dodge Durango
    - 2014 – 2017 Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee
    - 2013 – 2017 Ram 1500/2500/3500
    - 2013 – 2017 Dodge Viper

    Vehicle must be properly equipped with a Uconnect 8.4 or 8.4 NAV system. Vehicle must be registered for Uconnect Access fulfilling all registration and subscription requirements. Vehicle must be located within the 48 contiguous United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Also, vehicle must have an active and usable cellular connection.

    Doenloaded, couldn't connect. I just use my bluetooth. Pointless app. All replies from support team say send us your full VIN. Why not fix the app? This is a debugging issue on IT. Agents are terrible, they can never help. Horrible all around! App needs to be rebuilt a proper team that know what they are doing!

    It's useless if you have a base model vehicle. You need navigation in your car in order to use send n go and yelp. You also need a remote starter in order for it to work on the app. If you dont have navigation already in your car you gotta go to the dealer and pay $500-600 for the upgrade and $300-400 for the remote start. So I won't be getting this app..

    I use the Via Mobile feature for data connection via my phone for the UConnect Pandora app all the time, but even though I have it set properly, Uconnect Pandora doesn't work without: 1. Open UConnect Access app in phone 2. Open menu 3. Select Via Mobile Setup 4. Uncheck checkbox "Enable phone data for Via Mobile apps" 5. Check checkbox "Enable phone data for Via Mobile apps" If the cellular data connection drops, you sometimes have to open the UConnect Access app and do this all over again in the same trip. Using Samsung Galaxy S8+, and yes, I didn't have device maintenance monitor the app to save battery.

    The remote features do not work at all on my app. I tried the unlock and remote start feature and it starts to send the message to my car, then says it could take 90 seconds are more. Then about an hour later I get a message that the request failed. My Wife has the app on her iPhone and it works pretty consistently so I think it may be an Android issue. The only thing that works on this app for me is the vehicle location function.
