"How's my blood pressure?"

Blood Pressure is a medical application that analyzes your blood pressure data and tracks the information so you can have a look at it after several days and send it to your doctor.

Add information about the Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure as well as the pulse and weight. Save the data for every time you enter the information and watch your graphics and trends after a few days in order to analyze the evolution.

Don't forget you can also export the data to CSV and XML and set reminders so you don't forget about measuring your condition.
