I have done everything that's asked singe set up accounts so many times as it signs me out. All I wanted was an alarm that comes on with the radio. Works for a week then an alarm buzzes that's not what I want. The Internet is on what's wrong with it. Fed up now. Will find a new app that works. Terrible BBC.

There is no need for a log-in or registration. I know what I want to listen to, BBC does not need to. Content is good, as expected, but this "custom, tailored, personal experience is not needed at all and seem like another invasion and more data harvesting.

The alarm switches itself after a reboot on my Oneplus 5. Just got into work very late. Irritating.

BBC are running a continuous programme of breaking this app. All my listening was done through ListenLater - I added things and listened in order of expiry. All of a sudden it broke and I lost a month of listening backlog that I can't now remember. Every day it stays broken a bit more evaporates. But no response from support. Why can they not just leave it alone. Staying with an old working version isn't even an option because the servers go incompatible. Hey here's an idea. Separate out the DRM bit that you feel the need to change and make sure new releases are rock solid on all targets up to 10 years old. And make other ui tweaks independently updated so there is an option to stick with what works.
