App crashes frequently and it ruins the user experience. Makes me consider cancelling my digital subscription.

Please use higher resolution graphics. The graphics all look blur. Please don't reply with standard template.

I wanted a digital subscription because I do not wish to accumulate paper waste. But this app has never been stable nor user friendly for many years. Could ST please produce a better product?
