Bookcase 2 theme (ssLauncher)

* new book styles over 50 and more fancy decoration objects (flip clock, post-it, dolls and more)

* 'ssLauncher' should be installed first to apply this theme.
In ssLauncher, tap menu button > Theme > Apply theme packages and select this theme.
Use load template menu for the layout in snapshot for cover page.

* Used NanumGothicLight.ttf of NHN Inc.
