This project involved developing a mobile application Android for the management of tasks. Examples of tasks include attending a lecture, visiting the finance office, returning a book to the library. The app would facilitate the creation of tasks, each of which would possess various metadata (due time, relevant location, relevant contacts). These tasks would be organized across different contexts (e.g. location and time). This would admit different presentations of the task list; for example, a student could organize tasks by urgency but could easily reorganize tasks so that they are presented as a set of tasks for a particular location that the student is now at. This structure could be personalized and extended by incorporating user-defined tags.
This project based on implementation of a final year project.
