It sucks! The iCloud backup continues to fail. It keeps saying storage is full when I have used 1.3 gb out of 5.

Verizon Cloud nightmare of 2017. In February service was down for like 2 months or more because of some maintenance that broke the entire system. Couldn't backup anything on my old phone when I went to switch to a new phone. Had to manually move everything over. Google backs up all my stuff now without a hitch on my Pixel. Not 1 single issue with Google. Saw that Verizon got hacked and wanted to delete my stuff from the Verizon Cloud. Well...what do you know, 6 months later and this garbage still doesn't work. Can't delete any files from the website or this app. Either connection error or error processing request. What a joke. You should get sued over this, it's that bad. This is the most pathetic service I've ever seen.
