It might not be considered an app at all

If you see an app weighting half a Mb, asking for such permissions and without any developer description, run away. This is the case of Amor SMS, a collection of tacky quotes easily found on the interwebs which in exchange gives itself the freedom of placing some ads here and there in your device.

As many other low quality apps with too many ads, we can't recommend this, and perhaps is time to reconsider what an "app" means.
