Cool Reader supports epub, fb2, doc, txt, rtf, thml, chm, tcr, pdb, prc, obi, mpl formats.
This is a e-book reader set in a retro theme that simulates weathered pages. You will feel like you're actually reading and old book. It supports page flipping animation or scroll view. Likewise, you can adjust brightness, day and night profiles, background, paperbook theme, and much more.
You will be able to search specific words in the text for a quickly quote finding. You can also select that text and copy it for posting on social networks or just to keep it on your notes. Actually, you can bookmarks on text fragments which is useful for proof reading.
There's a built-in file browser and online catalogs support that will help you to quick find recent books. The app supports Hyphenation, ColorDict and Fora dictionaries.
Cool Reader has been developed by Vadim Lopatin, a promising developer who has just launched this app and its paid version on the market with remarkably success.
Cool Reader is a great ebook reader that could become an alternative for Aldiko, FBreader, Nook or other great readers in case that you don't like them. The interface and the customization are its strongest points.
