And that is exactly what I end up doing every time. I sign in and always end up with an error message, never have I been able to use this app successfully. Waste of time really. The new site isn't all that fantastic either, interface is more complicated than necessary. You would think they would make it easier for people considering that many of their patrons are not young. And what's with this book bag crap, give me back the ability to create lists with out an additional unnecessary frustrating step.

Not even close to a real app. Everything about it is just wrong, from the clumsy login page to the search function. Bring back the previous version please.

The newest version to this App is awful you cant navigate like you use to before it doesnt load up the whole page so if your trying to renew stuff you can't cause you dont have a button to press to do so.

It was just passable before this latest, massive update. Now it's even worse, if you can believe it. I can no longer use the app on my tablet, THE DEVICE I READ ON. In all my attempts to use it on my phone to search for or request titles, it has opened ONCE. Whoever designed this latest app version should be out of a job.

But with the recent update, it's just the mobile site in a special app. What's the point of even having an app in this case? Super disappointed with the update and hope it gets fixed soon.
