    A Spritz-inspired speed-reading app

    • Intuitive
    • Read text copied on your clipboard
    • Highly customizable
    • Only supports 2 file formats (epub and txt)
    • Design shoudl be enhanced
    • Needs better integration with 3rd party apps

    "Read at sprint"

Intergalactic Development's Sprint Reader allows you to read text at lightning speed thanks to a Spritz-based reading method. By using Rapid Serial Visual Presentation which combines words alignment, placement and punctuation timing you can read up to 400-700 word per minute. Becoming such an efficiency beast it's as easy as loading books or articles stored on your device or from your the clipboard.

The app is really easy to use. You load the content you want to read, choose the reading speed and start reading the Spritz way. You can resume at any time and switch between articles or books seamlessly. The app supports .epub, .txt and anything you copy to your clipboard. From settings you can tweak a great deal of appearance preferences.

It's a pity though that it doesn't support more file formats, especially .pdf. In addition, the design of the app might be enhanced as well as its compatibility with 3rd party apps.

Sprint Reader Pro version allows you to reach the speed of 1000 wpm!
Pro version also do not contain any type of Advertisement.

This is a very special Reader that allows you to read texts and books with incredibly fast speed.
When you use Sprint Reader your average reading speed rises up to 500-800 words per minute!

It's 3-5 times faster than the average 200 wpm reading speed.
You can get used to it in just 5 minutes. Try it, it's really easy.
With practice you will be able to rise your limit up to 1000 words per minute.

There is also "Read From Clipboard Feature" - just copy any text from your internet browser and press Read from clipboard Button in this App!

Do not try to pronounce the words in your head, just read and absorb every word.
Consider increasing the speed when you get used to your current wpm.
On 1000 wpm speed you can read a 700-page Book in ~3 Hours in total.

Crashes all the time, doesn't remember where you're up to, interface is beyond ridiculous to use, it makes no sense.

I have mild dislexia but this sort of reading has been transformative. I have tried a lot of these apps and this is by far the best.

The interface on this app is total crap - don't waste your money. The swipe controls are severely limited, the scroll bar will help you lose your place in a book faster than anything I've ever seen, and if you're on an S3, the layout of the active scrolling area limits you to less than 680WPM.

Needs a page count or at least a search so I can find the chapter I was on.

If the free version is installed, the pro version will "read" way too fast. Make sure you uninstall the free one if you are going for the paid version. Lacking in features as bookmarks, page numbers, and punctuation timing. Paid version not worth it at this point, but probably the best one so far
