Wing Chun was brought to Hong Kong in the fifties by the Grandmaster Ip Man, and the "Wing Chun Athletic Association," was set up in 1968. From the 70’s, Wing Chun rapidly spread and developed in Europe and was adapted by the Special Police Force around the world into their training.
Predecessors has designed a progressive approach to the training system, from a simple stance and hand movement, to the awareness of one's own body movement derived from muscular, tendon, and articular sources. Apart from Wing-Chun’s practical offensive and defensive fighting system, Wing-Chun can be gentle and practiced by anyone, at any age to develop strength and wellness.
Master Lui (Lui Ming Fai) is the 2nd generation in the lineage of Yip Man. At the age of 14, he went under the full apprenticeship of master Ho Kam Ming (one of Yip Man's most notable disciple). Lui Sifu is one of the few disciples under the Yip Man's lineage, that was explicitly trained to compete in international boxing events adapting the Wing Chun system. Lui Sifu was unrivalled both on and off the fighting ring and has extensive real combat experiences from his boxing days.
After more than 40 years in the practice, he now teaches Wing Chun in Hong Kong and Macau. As his predecessors before him, he wish to pass on the legacy of genuine Wing Chun, trusting his disciples will pass the legacy on to every corner of the world.
