Augmented Reality protractor
by: X64h • 31
With this augmented reality protractor you will be able to measure inclinations without having to reach for the object you want to measure.
Just align the feature of interest with the reticle, then press the lock to keep the reading still.
Clicking on the camera icon you can switch between cameras or disable the camera.
Beware of perspective when measuring horizontal lines, try to be in the perpendicular of the segment you want to measure.
It also works as a traditional inclinometer.
- Zoomable view
- Contrast selection for light and dark ambiences
- Displays the angle to the vertical and in the x-y plane
Hope you enjoy it!

Pure and simple, and works perfectly. I used it this evening for setting up my telescope, as I prefer keeping it old school and not using all the automatic gadgetry. Only to a point however, as I'm of course using an xperia z1 with what amounts to an augmented reality app to set my angles. Thank you for this, and I look forward to trying out your other apps, as you are a Dev that really delivers.
