Cloudfogger is a free file encryption solution for all files on your computer, mobile devices and in the cloud.

Cloudfogger encrypts all files before they are uploaded to the cloud. As en- and decryption is always handled on the client devices, using secure AES technology, you can be sure that nobody is able to access your data in the cloud, no matter which provider or servers you use to store your valuable information.

Cloudfogger is optimized for cloud storage and integrates seamlessly into your workflow on Dropbox, SkyDrive and many other storage providers.

NOTE: This app can currently only be used to decrypt files, e.g. in order to view file contents while you are on the road. For encryption you will need the desktop edition that is available free of charge on our web site. You will also need the desktop edition to create your user account.
Remark that you have to login online once to get offline login.

I've been using the Windows version for years and am very satisfied with it as well as the Android app. I just wish the Android version could encrypt files...

Was working fine until last update : I can't even unlock my local account now ! No error message, no trace log... Tried to clear cache and data : not better. Exact same problem on both my tablet and phone. Please help : I can't access my data from Android anymore !

With the new updated I can decrypt files on my Android. My question is does the file stay un-encrypted in the file system of the Android or is it deleted when I close out? Would be nice to have a easy way to delete the file from the device after you are finished looking at it.

Doesn't work on Nexus 7 or Galaxy S5. "Unknown error" message. Useless

It would be nice to be able to access my files from multiple devices. I can only seem to set up an account from a single device, can't find a way to set up a global account. Also don't see any way to recover my login credentials. So I have encrypted files that I can't open. What do I do now?
