This app will work for residential dwellings with the following features:
• Hip roof
• One storey or upper storey of a two storey dwelling
• Simple building shape
• Width up to 16m max
• Roof pitch between 5 and 30 degrees
• Non-cyclonic wind regions

iBrace is built to round up the calculations to two decimal places and may tend to give a
slightly higher amount of required resistance than actually needed. It’s better to have too
much bracing than too little.
